The 54th Annual Meeting of the North East Linguistics Society (NELS 54) was hosted by Massachusetts Institute of Technology from January 26th – 27th, 2024, with an optional breakfast reception on January 28th.

NELS 54 was organized by students and postdocs at MIT (Johanna Alstott, Agnes Bi, Cora Lesure, Keely New, Giovanni Roversi, Zhouyi Sun, and Stanislao Zompì), and faculty advisors (Athulya Aravind, David Pesetsky, and Danny Fox), with the invaluable help of our department staff.
